Every other day on social media, we see instances of animal abuse. A video went viral on facebook in which a guy in his 20's caught hold of a dog's tail and threw him away. Although it was highly criticized but he could not be punished due to lack of special laws in india regarding the animal abuse. There are many other cases where animal abuse is seen and no one bothers about it, except for the people criticizing such acts on social media.
