Education with Skill is necessary!
 
On the occasion of World Youth Skill Day, this petition stands on promoting skill based education stating;
“Skill is my Key Asset and I support in promoting Skill based Education”
 
Skill based education can no longer be considered a choice, but has become a fundamental requirement. Despite having a growing population, there is still a considerable gap between education and employability.
 
Most youths are victims of the misconception that skill-based learning leads to poorly-paid jobs. However, this is far from the truth!
 
Today, companies are always on the lookout for human resource who have requisite skills, along with the technical knowledge and intellect needed for a particular profile. The presence of employability skills is the key to become a good employee and an asset to the companies!
 
A skill-based education system can help today’s youths and upcoming  generation to build specific skill sets that required in the corporate environment. This system can no longer be focused only on traditional, theoretical methods, but must be incorporated with a dose of practicality!
 
Only a practice that is focused on skill education can make students “employable” and more ready for the future!
