Retrial for Todd Washington

The Issue

Todd Washington was 16 when he was charged with his crime. His case was completely ran through and not looked at throughly. At the time Todd came from a troubled home and troubled neighborhood. He had no direction in life and was following in the wrong crowd with a single mother who was supporting him and 2 of his brothers doing the best that she could. Todd was sentenced to a life sentence at the age of 16 without a proper case, evidence, or lawyer or is now deceased. Through Todds, who goes by Kendal time in prison he has managed to keep a close relationship with his son who is now growing up to be a preteen without his father around who wants to be a parent to him. He has learned so much and has been attending college while incarcerated to pursue welding. Kendal wants to come home and have a chance to be a father, son, and brother with all of the time he has spent away since a child. Kendal has a beautiful heart and is willing to give anything to the ones he loves. He has a sick mother and it would mean the world to her to be able to meet her once 16 year old son and let him be able to be the amazing man he has became. Kendal deserves a second chance at life and a second chance to be a father. He is not a child anymore he has served his time and deserves to have his juvenile case dismissed. He is willing to go through any programs necessary. His brother has family businesses that he is so excited to work for when he gets home, until he can get his own up and running. I appreciate you reading his story and thankful i could deliver his story to you! He has all the passion in the world to thrive to be the best person he can be!
