Private Motor Insurance Companies commit massive amounts of Fraud using the ABI GTA Technical Committee to massively inflate repair bills which are kicked back to the Insurance company via the Authorised repairer.

Action Fraud is a buffer to protect the crime and are paid by the Corporation of London by the City of London Police. It is costing at least £ 30 a year on every private car insurance policy.

Legislation should be introduced to keep insurance claim with insurer only, and criminal activity must be prosecuted.
