In these troubled times of a global pandemic, every precaution needs to be taken to ensure safe wellbeing. With that being said, mental heath is also a dilemma when being told to self isolate for long periods of time. People are encouraged to stay home and only go out in public when absolutely necessary.  HOWEVER....to keep sanity and to keep active, we are allowed to be outside and go for walks...AND congregate in crowds no more than 5 persons.  Delaying sport fishing is not only unreasonable..but is also what millions of Canadians wait for all winter.  This is OUR sanity and as long as people are allowed to roam the streets to walk their dog, there should be no reason we are denied the ability to walk the banks of a brook or stream...or sit in the middle of a lake, ISOLATED from the public and do what we love.  LET US GO FISHING!!!
