A dog was found duct taped mouth in Ollur of Thrissur district of Kerela. The Volunteers of the People of the Animal Welfare Services reported that the dog had its mouth sealed for over two weeks .... Such heinous crime against animals needs to be put to an end as the number is surfacing pretty quickly these days in the state.... I will request you all to please sign the petition so that the State Government of Kerela takes serious action against such miscreants in order to avoid such cases from  occuring in the future.
