Save the rivers cleaned during lockdown

The Issue

  • Now that there are several reports of how much cleaner our Indian river waters are (Ganga, Yamuna, Narmada, Cauvery to name a few) due to corona virus lockdown, with the absence of industrial effluents and human activities, request the Government of India to bring in appropriate ecological policy changes to sustain these improved conditions of our lifelines i.e. our rivers, rather than spending more crores of rupees to cleaning them.
