This petition is to stop animal cruelty and abuse in India. People take this matter so lightly but the for the few people who don't know where to start or are just concerned about the animal population in India, please sign this petition. Me and a few of my friends have started a group that takes a stand against such disturbing behavior after seeing a video of a cat getting hanged to death with the owner menacingly laughing at the poor creature. We have also seen a video of dog, tied up with ropes and his owner threw him into a pond to drown to death. 

THIS HAS TO STOP. ANIMALS DONT HAVE VOICES BUT WE DO SO WHY DO WE STAY SILENT?
