On Tuesday, 23 June Haryana Education Minister Kanwar Pal said that the state government has decided not to conduct all terminal examinations (final semester) and intermediate semester examinations for higher and technical education for all courses. 

The students of all these classes will be promoted to the next semester with 50 percent weightage of marks from the internal assessment and assignment and 50 percent weightage of marks scored in the previous examinations. Reappearing students are to be given marks on an average basis of the previous examinations for promotion.

The students will however have the option to opt for improvement examinations later when conditions are better and normalcy prevails in the state.

So we are marking this petition as victorious and hence closing it.
