Where did my protest to end prescription poverty go?
I got overwhelmed by the climate emergency and saw my campaign as ‘stupid’.
But you know what the climate crisis and mental health aren’t that far apart, when:
The destruction and displacement caused by natural disasters, intensified by human induced environmental breakdown, hugely increase people’s vulnerability to deteriorating mental health.
Consumerism thrives on our insecurities & sells us products that destroy the environment to be be made.
The prospect of extinction plays very negatively on my depression.
Protecting our planet and home is an act of self-care.
