Need a rock solid law provision for using "Wealth of God" (Funds of Temples, Mosques, Gurudwaras and Churches) for "Act of God" (an instance of uncontrollable natural forces in operation). This is how it should work rationally and logically in the interest and welfare of the country and it's people.
