आप सभी साथ दे-- इंसान की जान कीमती है और बेजुबान की जान की कीमत सिर्फ- ₹- है जान तो एक है रूप अलग है फिर तो सजा जुर्माना मैं फ़र्क़ क्यों ?

आये दिन न्यूज़ आ रही और जब तक वायरल नही होती तब तक न्याय भी नही मिलता बेजुबानो को।पालतू पशु हो या छोड़े हुए बेसहारा पशु सभी पर दिन पर दिन बढ़ रही क्रूरता नए नए तरीकों से यातनाएं दी जा रही।जो पुराने बने हुुऐ कानून की धज्जियां उड़ा रही।क्योंकि इस तरह की हरकत करने वाले जानते हैं नियम कमजोर है कोई आएगा नही गवाही देने,इसीका फायदा उठाकर वो बच जाते।50₹ मैं छूट जाएंगे।इससे ज्यादा क्या होगा।

समय है उन पुराने बने हुए कानूनों को बदलने की।जिसमे बेजुबानो को त्वरित न्याय मिल सके,ओर उनके साथ इंसाफ हो।आज भी बेजुबानो के प्रति अत्यचार होते हुए कई लोग देखते मगर आते बहुत ही कम लोग सामने रोकने और गवाही देने,आखिर ऐसा क्यों।किस बात का डर,कोई भी हो जो बेजुबानो के साथ क्रू्रता करेगा उसे त्वरित जमानत न मिले ओर उस पर कड़ी से कड़ी कार्यवाही हो।और सजा मिले,अभी तक जुर्माना भी नमात्र ही है ।

क्या एक इंसान की जान ओर बेजुबान की जान मैं फ़र्क़ है और सजा ओर जुर्माना मैं भी।आखिर दोनो मैं फ़र्क़ क्यों ?

कानून मैंं बदलाव हो लोगो को जागरूक किया जाए,जो बेजुबानो केे लिए भी खड़े होते तो उन्हें धमकी मिलती उन्हें सुरक्षा दी जाए।

देशभर मैं बेजुबानो पर हो रही घटनाओं पर आखिर कोर्ट क्यों मौन है संज्ञान क्यों नही ले रहे।क्या करे रहे पशुधन मंत्री,वन्य जीव मंत्रालय,awbi board,NGO।

मेरी अपील--

कानून बने-किसी भी तरह से चोट देने/प्रताड़ित करने पर जमानत न मिले ओर सजा भी कम से कम 1साल वो भी बेजुबान की सेवा करते हुए पूरी करनी हो। सार्वजनिक स्थानों या ngo की देखरेख मैं हो।

जुर्माना-कम से कम 1 लाख रुपये सिद्ध होने पर।ओर साथ मैं एफिडेविट भी ओर गारंटर भी हो कि आगे से इस तरह की क्रूरता नही करेगा।

क्रूरता करने वालो के पालतू पशुओं को जप्त कर ngo को दिए जाएं,या सरकार अपनी निगरानी मैं रखे।

आपके द्वारा दिये गए नियम को बदल जाए-पशु क्रुरता पूर्वक व्यवहार एक दण्डनीय अपराध के जुर्माना ओर सजा-

पशु क्रूरता निवारण अधिनियम सेक्शन 1960 की

11(a )से (o )तक मैं बताया गया,पहला अपराध 50₹जुर्माना,दूसरे व बाद वाले अपराध पर फिर 3साल के अंदर जुर्माना 25₹ से कम व 100₹बढ़ाया जा सकता,सजा होगी 3महीने या दोनो दंड मिलेगा,दूसरे अपराध मैं वाहन जब्त,ओर पालतू पशु को रखने की अनुमति नही।

Give all of you together - the life of a human being is precious and the life of a lifeless person is worth only - ₹ - If the life is different, then why is there any difference in penalty?

News is coming every day and till it is not viral, justice is not available even to the beleaguered people. Pet animals or abandoned destitute animals are being tortured day by day with increasing cruelty in new ways. The laws which have become old Is being blown away. Because those who act like this know that the rule is weak, no one will come to testify, they will be saved by taking advantage of this. 50 ₹ I will be left. What more than that.

It is time to change those old laws. In order that the justice of the people can get speedy justice, and justice should be done to them. Today too many people see the cruelty of the people, but very few people stop and give testimony, after all Why? Whoever is afraid, whoever will be cruel with Bejubano, does not get quick bail and he should be punished hard and punished, yet the fine is still minimal.

Is there a difference between the life of a person and the life of the innocent and also the punishment and the fine. Why the difference between me both?

There should be changes in the law, people should be made aware that if they were standing up for the foolish people, then they would have been threatened and given protection.

Why are the courts silent on the incidents happening on the whole country, why are I not taking cognizance.

My appeal

The law should be made - if you do not get bail on any kind of injury / torture, you should also serve a minimum of one year while serving a lifeless person. Be in the care of public places or ngo.

Penalty - at least 1 lakh rupees to be proved. Along with that I will be affidavit and guarantor also that I will not commit such cruelty from henceforth.

The animals of cruelty should be seized and given to the ngo, or the government should keep an eye on them.

Change the rule given by you - Beastly cruelty punishable by a punishable offense and punishment-

Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act of 1960

11 (a) to (o) I was told, the first offense will be fined 50 ₹, on the second and subsequent offense, then within 3 years the fine can be increased by less than 25 ₹ and 100 ₹, the punishment will be 3 months or both, the second Offense in a vehicle, and no pets allowed.
