On Wednesday January 12th a young lady in our local community, Northumberland County, was abducted after closing for the night at her job. She was alone. The cameras only showed her walking off towards the dumpster and nothing else. Her car was found still running the next morning as the day shift cashier went in. Still she hasnt been found and her family left wondering where this beautiful soul could be. Its cold out. We need her home. There has been an arrest made of an ANIMAL who stays in the same county. His previous charges he has we are all left wondering how the judicial system could fail us so bad. He should have never been out. Its my understanding that a plea deal was taken so as a result he was never found guilty so he isnt on the sex offender registey. Im absolutely disgusted by this. So many of these stores have only one person opening and closing and 9 out of 10 times its a female. This could have been your daughter, your sister, your aunt, your mother, your cousin.... We want to ensure that from this day forward no one is ever alone closing or opening a store again. We need to as a community have it so where these businesses hold some accountability in situations like this.  We need any and everyone in agreement with this to sign this petition. We owe this to Arhey to put this law in place so when she is found she will know she will never close or open another business alone again
