The Govenor General is the Queens Representative and must endorse all laws  to make certain they do not violate our Constitution. The No Jab No Pay is in Violation of the Constitution.

Part V—Powers of the Parliament

51 Legislative powers of the Parliament [see Notes 10 and 11]
The Parliament shall, subject to this Constitution, have power to make laws for the peace, order, and good government of the Commonwealth with respect to:

(xxiiiA) the provision of maternity allowances, widows’ pensions, child endowment, unemployment, pharmaceutical, sickness and hospital benefits, medical and dental services (but not so as to authorize any form of civil conscription), benefits to students and family allowances;

Obviously this No Jab No Pay is in direct violation of this part of the Constitution.

Its time that someone stepped up and made this known to the general public and we the people that there is a real problem here. Who is the protector of we the people in all of this. Who upholds the Constitution and who is accountable when they choose to ignore it.Who is there to uphold our constitutional rights.
