In Android P beta is not possible to turn off the GPS, you can only choice between being localized only with GPS or with GPS + WiFi, this IS NOT FAIR, it is up to the user to choose whether to be located or not.

Remove the GPS always on and leave the freedom to choose.

I also invite all users not to upgrade to any version of android that does not allow them to shut down the GPS.
