“ANUSAT ASSOCIATION” is not an internet provider but a CHEAP FRAUDSTER service that has been scamming its Internet subscribers since ages without shame. And we are the one's responsible for not taking any action against them!

If they specify that there are 5-10 different plans with different speeds for different price then
if I get a 6MB/s plan & they provide with 60kb/s speed if this is not a scam what is this then??

In rainy days the wire is tripped, the modem so many times disconnect on its own.

Many people are on job's, doing important school/college work on internet, some learning skills for which a stable internet is needed. People are about to lose jobs because of this poor internet, really feels like we should use postal services instead of this.
“We colony people only know to complain cry & we fail to take action, why can't we stop the monopoly, internet is our right, is it so hard to setup a good internet connection in Colony? “
BARC is spending so much on health-care, maintenance of playground, infrastructure & even wasted money on building that left unfinished. How hard & costly would it be to spread some new optical fiber wires & set-up new modem’s? “How about using the money you raised by scamming us these past years”

 

“ASKING HIGH PRICES BUT PROVIDING CHEAP & SLOW INTERNET”:

In modern day world internet has been the new basic necessity & right. In US if we pay for 6MB/s we get exactly that. Even 5MB/s isn't acceptable there.

How are we supposed to be satisfied with “60kb/s” when we payed full amount, we should also then just pay 6Rs for it?

ANUSAT has been scamming us because it's the only one allowed here & there's a total monopoly & monopoly shouldn't exist. There are always fluctuations everyday Can't even watch YouTube which is the far better optimized streaming platform that too doesn't load up. And now for 2 weeks Internet is totally is gone and if we call them, they only answer, we are looking into it". And then there they will be in the office having their chit-chat party.

And issue of slow cheap internet is going since so many years. They are not even checking it. DON’T EVEN DARE TO GIVE THE REASON OF INDIA UNDER BEING LOCKDOWN. Providing slow internet in kbps for years. IDIOTS
