We are suffering catastrophic financial losses due to ongoing market manipulation. We request that our CEO Robert James Hamilton, take evasive action to reduce investor losses and increase shareholder confidence. We request a detailed plan moving forward and reassurance that there will not be a reverse stock split as you stated previously. We ask for an update in regards to legal action against brokers who have removed the “buy button” for $GNS. We request an update on current DRS shares. We ask that in an act of good faith that both Roger and his wife deny accepting their salaries until the stock price is at a minimum of .60 cents.  We ask that the ATM be revoked and only reconsidered once the stock price reaches a minimum of .60c  Long term investors have stood our ground with you and aren’t asking for much in return. Our loyalty has come at a great cost with some investors suffering divorce and extreme financial hardships. We ask that you appoint an employee to file complaints with the SEC, DOJ, FBI, FINRA every day the Darkpool is greater than 50%. We must do more than play chess and not wait for lawsuits to produce the “FIND OUT”in 2026. This petition is not meant to be malicious in any form. We do support you and our companies efforts to fight the manipulative powers destroying companies and its investors like ours.
