My grandfather worked at the Oshawa plant for 37 years. My father has worked at the plant for 34 years. I can't tell you how important these jobs have been to me and my family.
In many ways, I was raised by GM. This plant is so important to the Durham Region and many of its families who rely on these jobs to feed and support their families.
