We, the citizens of the Earth, issue this urgent demand.

As atrocities unfold before our eyes, we cannot, and will not, remain silent.

We call upon the United Nations, the International Criminal Court (ICC), the International Court of Justice (ICJ), all governments, and humanitarian agencies to:

• Immediately intervene to stop ongoing genocide and crimes against humanity.
• Establish an Emergency International Tribunal to hold perpetrators accountable without delay.
• Fulfill their legal and moral obligations under the Genocide Convention and international law.
• Mobilize all available means — diplomatic, legal, humanitarian, and, if necessary, protective intervention — to safeguard human life.

Justice delayed is justice denied.

We, the people of the world, refuse to accept inaction.
We refuse to witness genocide in real-time and do nothing.

We demand immediate action — in the name of humanity, in the name of justice, and for the survival of future generations.
