The Issue

To: The United Nations, The International Criminal Court, U.S. Congress, and global human rights watchdogs

Subject: Demand for Independent Investigation and Immediate Action Regarding Genocide, Systemic Torture, and Trafficking

We, the undersigned, demand immediate international action and accountability for the following atrocities, which constitute potential violations of international law and crimes against humanity:

The blockade and mass civilian casualties in Gaza, including the deliberate withholding of essential aid—fuel, food, water, and medicine—resulting in the deaths of thousands of children and noncombatants.
Systemic abuse and unlawful imprisonment within Venezuelan prisons, including torture, extrajudicial punishment, and forced migration that may amount to state-enabled trafficking.

The unresolved trafficking network tied to Jeffrey Epstein, including the suspicious circumstances of his death and the lack of transparent justice for survivors.

The use of military forces such as the National Guard without proper authorization or oversight, particularly in targeting immigrant families and communities, resulting in escalated civil unrest, violations of constitutional rights, and humanitarian harm.

The unresolved trafficking network tied to Jeffrey Epstein, including the suspicious circumstances of his death and the lack of transparent justice for survivors.

We call for:

An independent multinational tribunal to investigate genocide and war crimes in Gaza.
A United Nations–sanctioned inspection and human rights audit of Venezuela’s prison system.
A reopened and fully transparent investigation into Epstein’s death and his global trafficking network, including the declassification of sealed records.

That any government or military official found responsible for unlawfully deploying national military forces to suppress immigrant communities be investigated, indicted, and prosecuted in criminal or civil court to the fullest extent of the law.

Relevant legal standards and conventions include:

The Geneva Conventions (1949) and Additional Protocols: prohibit collective punishment and targeting of civilians during armed conflict.
The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court: defines and prosecutes crimes against humanity, including enforced disappearances, persecution, and apartheid.
The International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance (ICPPED): protects individuals from secret detention and abduction.
U.S. Posse Comitatus Act (1878): restricts the use of federal military personnel for domestic law enforcement without Congressional approval.
The Convention Against Torture (CAT): prohibits state-sponsored torture, including psychological harm and inhumane treatment.
Justice must not be a privilege of the powerful. The world is watching. We demand a response rooted in truth, dignity, and courage.
