Glendale PD officer from Taser investigation had history of discipline and suspensions
"The City of Glendale just released Ofc. Matthew Schneider's personnel file, which shows a number of disciplinary issues dating back to 2008... The issues range from excessive force, workplace harassment, insubordination, destroying someone's personal property during an arrest and conduct unbecoming of an officer."
Glendale PD has continued to let a man with a history of being violent be employed under them for more than a decade. You would think they would have done something after the countless issues including harassment and excessive force, or hopefully after seeing the footage of him tasing a man 11 times, yet all the GDP has done is suspend his pay for 30 work hours. This abuse of authority over citizens needs to end permanently. Suspension is not enough.
