The Fireworks Act is not being enforced strictly enough and is inadequate. Time to take these dangerous weapons out of retail sale and back into organised displays. Many incidents have occurred children being harmed pets and wildlife frightened. Also local communities marred and terrorised by fireworks going off six months a year.
