Fall greetings and update on Glacier's ATMP status.   Both FAA and NPS NSNS offices have been busy conducting the public hearings and writing the ATMPs for the National Parks with overflights.  They have not been able to analyze and produce the required flight reports.  This is important because it is not known if operators have submitted them, and if submitted, if they include the required information.  For example, in Glacier ATMP (3.6 and 4.1) Required Reporting should include the flight monitoring data. Have the operators been equipped with Aircraft Monitoring Technology?; (3.7A) whether or not the operators were invited or attended the spring concessionaires training and education on Park priorities and management objectives; (3.7E and 3.7I) if daily air tour limitations were observed.  It is not known yet whether it will be available on reports or in real time and who will have access to it.

Glacier hopes to improve public messaging, build stewardship and best practices between now and 2029 when overflights terminate.  Achieving compliance will take a concerted effort by the park and the public.  We aim to help that happen.
