🔔 Important Update: As we work to get our legislation in front of the Colorado Legislature, we will need to submit this as a "Late Bill" due to the legislative schedule. Your support is crucial in this effort!
The Late Bill Process:
Contact the Speaker of the House or the President of the Senate to learn about delayed bill procedures.
Submit a request to the appropriate Committee on Delayed Bills.
Wait for the Committee on Delayed Bills to grant permission to authorize the delayed bill.
Confirm with the OLLS Front Office that the request was granted.
We need your help to push the Family Responsibilities Protection Act forward! Share your caregiver story—whether through text, document, or a brief video. Bonus points if you're a Colorado resident, but all stories are valuable.
Let's make a difference together. Please and thank you!
