🔔 Important Update: As we work to get our legislation in front of the Colorado Legislature, we will need to submit this as a "Late Bill" due to the legislative schedule. This new legislation requires your support in the official Late Bill process, which involves:

• Contacting the Speaker of the House or the President of the Senate to learn about delayed bill procedures.
• Submitting a request to the appropriate Committee on Delayed Bills.
• Waiting for the Committee on Delayed Bills to grant permission to authorize the delayed bill.
• Contacting the OLLS Front Office to confirm that the request was granted.

We need your help to push the Family Responsibilities Protection Act forward! If you're willing to share your caregiver story—whether through text, document, or a brief video—please do so. It's crucial to document why this legislation is important. Bonus points if you're a Colorado resident, but all stories are valuable. We will collect and present these to the Colorado Legislature.
