Thank you to the 233 supporters so far! 🙌 Your advocacy is making a real difference as we push for crucial amendments to protect caregivers under the ADA and CADA.

In my latest article, "Sustaining Workplace Equality: Why Data is the Key to Long-Term Caregiver Protections," I share my personal journey as a caregiver for my 92-year-old mother with end-stage dementia and my 87-year-old mother-in-law with Type 1 diabetes. After four successful years of remote work, my recent return to the office has created significant challenges in providing the daily care they need. My presence was vital for their stability, and without it, their mental and physical health have been affected.

This article highlights the importance of gathering new data to understand the true impact of caregiving on the workforce and why legislative changes are necessary. Protecting caregivers is not only the right thing to do for families like mine, but it's also a win-win for businesses by reducing turnover and increasing productivity.

Special thanks to Rep. Julia Marvin HD-31 and Rep. Yadira Caraveo CD-08 for championing these amendments, as well as Phil Weiser, Colorado House Democrats, and other organizations pushing for change.

Please keep sharing the petition and the article to spread the word! Together, we can make a lasting difference for caregivers everywhere.
