This #LaborDay, I’m taking a stand for caregivers across the country by advocating for expanded rights in the workforce. Caregivers deserve better protection under the law, and I’ve outlined my proposed amendments to the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act (CADA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to ensure that caregivers are recognized and supported as a protected class.
