The youth of America have always gone to school to follow the three "R's": Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic, all the things that make going to school very important.

Lately, there has been a growing pandemic that has become a frightening trend: The fear of being harassed, harmed or worse by bullies in public schools. The recent tragic events of youth committing suicide due to the harassment by bullies and a even MORE disturbing new trend... cyberbullying.

The youth of america are tired of living their life in fear and it is time to give them a voice to stand up against bullying without the usage of violence. Recently a alarming statistic showed that  of the youth who are bullied are that of physically and mentally challenged, here is more statistics that are truly heartbreaking:

1 out of 4 kids is Bullied
9 out of 10 LGBT students experienced harassment at school
Child and teen Bullying and Cyberbullying are at an all-time high
Some kids are so tormented that suicide has become an alternative for them

As many as 160,000 students may stay home on any given day because they’re afraid of their bullies and/or they just can’t take the pain anymore

43% fear harassment in the bathroom at school
A poll of teens ages 12-17 proved that they think violence increased at their schools
282,000 students are physically attacked in secondary schools each month
More youth violence occurs on school grounds as opposed to on the way to school

THESE STATISTICS must end and the silence about this must end here and now!

We, the youth of america are now asking all, to join us to call upon our congress and senate to support a national anti-bullying legislation law to give students, a voice in the world.

An national law to make bullying of any kind illegal would be a historic breakthrough. We, the youth of this country are suggesting that the laws be put into action that would absolutely guarantee that the person causing the bullying would be tried in a student court based upon the codes that would be established across the country. It is also a time to RE-ASSURE that all children 17 years of age and over to know that If the crime is more severe, they would be tried in adult court. And to give those who are the victims of bullies a chance to have a voice to stand up and be heard!

We, the youth of the united states of america, being tired of the harm, harassment and mistreatment by bullies based on gender, sexual preference, nationalities,  faith, and more, hereby ask the U.S. House of Representitives to PLEASE make a REAL OFFICIAL NATIONAL Law against bullying and to give the judicial power to the student to try the bullies in a student court of law as well and if they are found guilty, face the penalties according to the school codes.

Letter to
U.S. House of Representatives
U.S. Senate
President of the United States
Hello there,

I'm honored to be able to write to you for the first time on this website. I would like to introduce myself. I'm a motivational speaker and a public advocate for the physically and mentally challenged, Unfortunately, I have heard sad reports about youth taking their own lives or taking other lives because of bullying and this time, I am standing up and giving youth a voice again and telling the bullies: NO MORE! Recently, in the wake of the tragic events of Arizona, the call to make bullying illegal in any format has become louder and louder and more clear than ever before!

I am writing today to launch a campaign for a OFFICAL REAL National Anti-bullying law against bullying. The reason why I am launching this campaign is to say to the youth who have been the victims of bullying: "Do not give up, help and hope is on it's way!" And to all who are in the political ring these words: "The time for political bullying has to end now!"

We want a law that can make bullying of any kind based on gender prefrence, nationality, religion, etc. ILLEGAL and to give students the judical power to try bullies in student courts in schools across the country. We want to give students a chance to get a education in a enviroment that is safe and peaceful. And call upon our political leaders and candidates to pledge that NO "Political bullying" of any kind during the elections happens either and to hold them accountable if they do use bullying and break their promise.

Please join me in this cause, we want to make a difference now more than ever. Thank you so much for your support and more importantly, giving youth a voice once again!
