EA/SUPPORT staff are having their right to strike unjustly taken away, and this is both outrageous and deeply wrong. Every worker, especially those who are underpaid and overworked, deserves the fundamental right to express their struggles and advocate for better conditions. 

As a student, I cannot stand idly by while the dedicated staff at my school suffer in silence, unable to share their truths. These individuals play a crucial role in our education, and they deserve to be heard and compensated fairly.
