My name is rEBBB, and I am part of the Management team and Head of Tech at Corrupted Infantry (CI), a gaming community with over 450 members. CI has been active within the Squad community for years, where we operate and manage our own public game servers, and we are now expanding into WARDOGS with our own dedicated server.

As Head of Tech, I am responsible for much of the technical side of our community. This includes managing and maintaining our game servers and supporting infrastructure, working directly with hosting providers, handling server configuration and troubleshooting, responding to outages and technical issues, and helping ensure that the services our community relies on remain stable and available.

Through managing large public game servers, I have had direct experience with the challenges communities face when it comes to hosting, network stability, DDoS attacks, provider support, and the impact that downtime can have on an established or growing server. I have also worked directly with PSG through our Squad infrastructure, giving me firsthand experience with their service and their ability to support demanding community servers.

In the rapidly growing WARDOGS community, reliable server hosting is essential. Communities invest significant time, money, and effort into preparing their servers, building a player base, and establishing themselves from launch. When hosting providers cannot deliver the stability or protection required, those communities are the ones that suffer.

Since launch, we have seen communities experience significant downtime and server instability, including issues related to modern-day DDoS attacks. For a new game where communities are competing to establish active servers and build a regular player base, losing hours or days of availability can mean losing an important head start that is extremely difficult to recover from.

This becomes even more frustrating when communities have made agreements, planned launches, and committed resources based on the expectation that their hosting provider will be able to deliver a stable service. When those expectations cannot be met, communities can lose players, momentum, and confidence through circumstances largely outside their control.

PSG has already demonstrated within the Squad community that they are capable of providing reliable game server infrastructure and handling the types of attacks that large community servers face today. Their technical knowledge, customer support, and experience with demanding game servers have proven themselves repeatedly.

The goal of this petition is not to demand that WARDOGS replace its existing hosting providers or force communities to use PSG. It is simply to ask that PSG be allowed to become an approved WARDOGS hosting provider, giving communities another proven option.

Server owners should have the ability to choose a provider they trust, especially when they are investing their own resources into building communities around the game. More competition between hosting providers also encourages better reliability, support, and service for everyone.

We ask the WARDOGS developers to give PSG the opportunity to support the game and allow communities to choose PSG for their WARDOGS server hosting.
