We are Stars and Stripes Bars and Pipes, a 501c3 non-profit organization that rides motorcycles and drive cages to support the U.S. Military and First Responders and their families. 

For the safety of all, please add legislation that would give organized motorcycle processions the same rights as funeral processions.

Motorcycle processions need to proceed as a group through red lights and stop signs and be authorized to control and direct traffic when passing through an intersection while remaining in compliance with the state Vehicle Code making charitable rides and escorts safer for both the participants and other motorists.

The processions would use visual signals such as a lead and trailing vehicle equipped with flashing yellow lights, lighted headlamps, and emergency flashers.
