Give money to suppliers of gratis components (for science and software)

The Issue

If even one key scientific article is published in a wrong way (as it happened to my 2019 year discovery ordered semigroup actions), the entire science is stuck. If we remove just one transistor of 10 billion transistors in a smart TV, we can't expect the TV to work. Science is sometimes like this: removal from public exposure even one manuscript may break world science and as a consequence world economy. Worse than that, even if it is a rediscovered, they won't publish it, considering it already published. So, a branch of science became unpublishable.

Science is international. If some poor scientist in e.g. Africa is stuck, then the US and the EU may be stuck (and don't know this), too.

For science to work well, we need to finance marketing important scientific articles, just like as commercials are marketed. Especially we need to fund basic research, the research on which other research is based.

In the dystopian Empire, the right to receive salary for work were sold by a big amount of money, ones not able to pay were obliged to work for free. That dystopia is real and it is called higher education and PhD. We need to give money for any potentially useful science, independently on who conducts it. I want money, too! I discovered ordered semigroup actions and I want both money for it directly to my pocket and to marketers to make ordered semigroup actions known to every university math student.

The above were emotions. How to really do it in the real economy? It can be done using blockchain. I have a definite plan that I am implementing in this charity. Please donate yourself and probably more importantly tell your government to support the charity.

The plan of the charity put short is to give money to authors and marketers of basic science (science used by other science) and of software components (software used to build other software), by allocating a part of money donated (or granted) to applications. That's the solution.

Sign this petition, if you agree that my plan should be supported by governments.
