Not only is he a State Representative, he has other degrees in fields that can help further our cause- a BA degree in Psychology from MSU and a JD degree from Wayne State University law school. Many schools in our state (and our county) give kids 20 minutes to wait in line/buy food/find a seat/open items/eat/cleanup/line up. In the winter they aren't given extra time to put on or take off their winter gear; they simply eat in their heavy outdoor clothing.
