The series finale of The Boys has officially aired, and to say it was a massive disappointment is an understatement. For years, this show was a masterpiece, driven entirely by Antony Starr’s legendary performance as Homelander. He created one of the most complex, terrifying, and brilliant villains in television history.

​Unfortunately, the writers completely failed him and the fans in the final stretch. The ending we received was rushed, predictable, and lazy—a total disrespect to the years of incredible character development and to Antony Starr’s phenomenal acting. A legendary character like Homelander deserved an epochal, historic conclusion, not the uninspired defeat we were forced to watch.

​What we are asking for:

​We, the global fanbase of The Boys, demand that showrunner Eric Kripke, the production team, and Amazon Prime Video:

​Reshoot or release an alternate version of the finale: Give us a conclusion that matches the gritty, dark, and uncompromising tone that made the show famous.
​Deliver an Emmy-worthy climax: Rewrite and refilm an ending so powerful and psychologically deep that it gives Antony Starr the historic, award-winning departure his acting masterclass deserves.
​Fix the legacy of the show: Do not let The Boys go down in history as another great series ruined by a terrible, underwhelming ending.
