For many Halo fans, Halo: Campaign Evolved is more than just another game release. It is a celebration of one of the most important franchises in gaming history and a chance for long-time supporters to own a piece of that legacy.

Unfortunately, many genuine fans were unable to secure a Halo: Campaign Evolved Collector's Edition due to extremely limited availability, poor communication surrounding preorder timing, and the rapid emergence of reseller listings at heavily inflated prices.

We also ask Halo Studios and Microsoft to consider broader international availability for any future production runs. Many dedicated Halo fans outside of the primary release regions were unable to purchase the Collector's Edition simply because it was not offered in their country or region.

Halo is a global franchise with a passionate worldwide community, and fans everywhere deserve a fair opportunity to celebrate and support the series.

While this issue has affected Halo fans worldwide, Australian fans in particular received very little information regarding when preorders would become available, making it difficult for dedicated collectors to prepare and purchase the edition before stock disappeared.

We respectfully ask Microsoft, Xbox, and Halo Studios to consider the following:

Produce an additional run of the Halo: Campaign Evolved Collector's Edition to meet the overwhelming demand from genuine fans.
Implement a strict one-unit-per-customer policy for future Collector's Edition sales and restocks to reduce the impact of scalpers and automated purchasing bots.
Improve communication regarding preorder dates, times, regional availability, and restock plans so fans worldwide have a fair opportunity to participate.
Halo has one of the most passionate communities in gaming. We are not asking for special treatment—we are simply asking for a fair chance to purchase a product intended for fans rather than resellers.
