We are asking the Unity Beach management to reconsider the current 10-month usage restriction placed on some caravan owners.

The park has now introduced a section where caravans can be used for 12 months of the year, while other owners are still restricted to just 10 months. We believe all owners who have invested in a caravan on the park should have the same opportunity to enjoy their property throughout the year, subject to the same rules and regulations.

Many of us have made a significant financial investment in our caravans and contribute to the park throughout the year. Having access for an additional two months would allow owners to make greater use of their caravans, enjoy the park outside the traditional holiday season and get better value from their investment.

We are therefore asking the park to:

Allow 12-month usage across the park, where practical.

Apply the same usage opportunities and rules fairly to all caravan owners.

Explain clearly why some sections can operate for 12 months while others cannot.

Consider extending 12-month usage to existing owners rather than restricting it to a new section.
