After multiple increases on the resident's water bills it is time we take action! The residents of Grand Ledge deserve an answer to why we pay such astronomical rates compared to neighboring communities and we deserve reasonable prices and quality. What we pay for what we get just doesn't add up. This petition is to hopefully get an outside agency to review the City of Grand Ledge's water quality, policies, and billing.
