Now that Kasane Teto is a SynthV it shows how an engine move is done right, it still sounds like her and the design looks like her too. Since CiFlower's release its shown she doesn't sound like (V4/V3/Talk)Flower or look like her, she isn't the same and although she's supposed to be a new generation of Flower she doesn't feel like Flower at all, if Flower got a SynthV VB that looked and sounded like her V4 (her most popular version) then the fans would appreciate it a lot more unlike the immediate outrage that followed CiFlower's announcement and release, and considering her popularity she'd sell good too.
