Get rid of dress code

The Issue

When you stop what a girl is doing to force her to change or to cover up or send her home because her bra strap is showing or her shoulders are showing, her shorts are to short or her stomach is showing you are telling her that making sure boys have a "distraction free" learning environment and that's more important than her education. Dress code makes people feel guilty for their body. Makes people feel like a dress code is more important then people learning. You go to school to learn, not to be sexualized. And it's not even most guys, it's teachers and more, you don't hear guys say " Dude look at that bra strap" "Sorry teacher that girls skirt was a few centimetres above the fingertip so school pretty much doesn't matter anymore " " Ok time to take notes OMG HER SHOULDER IS SHOWING" "You know what is hot? A shoulder, yeah shoulders are hot".                                                                           No guy ever says that, but yet teachers which are telling a minor that it's a problem. If someone is comfortable with showing off their body a little then isn't that something we should support? Why shame someone who has the confidence to show their body in public?
