Tails deserves the chance to shine as the main character and show audiences his intelligence, bravery, and personality beyond just being Sonic’s sidekick.

Colleen O’Shaughnessey has already said that she would love to do a Tails spin-off, showing that there is interest from both fans and the voice actress herself. A project like this could explore Tails’ adventures, his inventions, his confidence, and his journey to becoming a hero in his own right.

The show must make Tails the main character and not treat him like a side character, similar to how some other spin-offs have handled characters. It should give him a proper story, great writing, and the same level of care that fans expect from the Sonic franchise.

If Tails has a sidekick or partner during his adventures, Maddie would be an obvious and interesting choice because of her connection with the Sonic characters and the support she could bring to his journey. Of course, Sonic should still make an appearance, and Knuckles could appear as well. Amy could also be included, adding more opportunities for exciting stories and character moments.

The series could also surprise fans by introducing new characters, new locations, and new challenges that make the show feel fresh and exciting. A Tails-focused series has the potential to be something unique, meaningful, and worth watching for both longtime Sonic fans and new audiences.
