Ontrac is one, if not the worst delivery companies to exist. I have read so many bad reviews on them. And upon ordering a brand new ps5 from walmart, my heart sank when I saw the company delivering my order would be ontrac. And in case it wasn’t obvious, I did NOT receive my order. Order was marked as delivered and as expected I never received the address, and I have cameras on my property. There weren’t even ANY TRUCKS near MY HOUSE. Anyways, I ordered a couple of things from shein. The next day I get a “Your order has been shipped” email. Excitedly, I open the email TO MY ABSOLUTE DISMAY IT SAYS MY ORDER IS BEING DELIVERED BY ONTRAC. I am seriously about to cry and scream. Please, help me run this company out of business. If you have been played by this company. If your order has never arrived. Please, sign this petition.
