Feb. 16th, Wednesday, my brother (14) was brutally manhandled by his white PE teacher over trying to get HIS basketball back. The teacher was some Colin McNally (58) who can be seen on video first throwing him into a wall and Then onto the floor. The teacher has been reprimanded, arrested and charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. At one of our own, Cardozo High School, you can watch my 100 lb little brother get treated like a ragdoll and get no Help from anyone, even the other teacher who was present during the altercation. On many occasions said teacher tried to claim my brother advanced him with aggression which warranted his reaction. However, in the clip and You can clearly see he never touched or even attempted to touch him, only trying to get his basketball back after Mr.McNally wrongly confiscated it.
