The Issue
On June 24, 2021, Makenzi was enjoying a community water gun party at a recreation center on the far east side of Columbus. There with her friends, she was enjoying herself when reckless gang members opened fire on the crowd. Tragically, Makenzi was hit. The bullet ended her life.
For months, the police have searched for evidence, witness statements & more to hold the person(s) responsible for killing Makenzi. The police now have enough evidence to know who the main people are involved and know their identity, but have yet to make any arrest.
We are tired of nothing being done! Makenzi DID NOT HAVE TO DIE!!!
