I’m very thankful that my petition on Change.org regarding a 1.43:1 screen being built in Wales has been given support. I didn’t really think that it would gain any support at all.

Like I said, I am aware that the costs makes it near impossible for it generally happen, but with your help and support, I can boost the chances to convince IMAX Corporation that we Welsh people want the 1.43:1 very badly.

I also said that I’m fine with either or (GT dual laser / 15 perf 70mm film), but if it’s the film one, then that would brighten my mood. Throughout 2026, I’m going to be doing everything I can to promote the hell out of this petition. But we will take it slow.

If any of you are from Wales, I would highly appreciate it if you go out on the streets to show your support, but don’t pressure anyone on the streets. We have to be nice and respectful to the citizens of our respective counties.
