This is a clear plea for the property at Rodman Hall to remain open to the public the botanical gardens to be up kept and added to in a careful manner.

The property at Rodman Hall to be used for art creation, art teaching, art collecting and showing art and that no part of the property be destroyed or taken away and made to use for private residences or any private purpose at all. That the property be available to individuals, families and children in our community as part of a safe place to play, observe nature and art and be inspired, without monetary, status, racial or other barriers. 

That the arts community is able to share inspiration and story telling with the public through use of the space, and that no monetary barriers exist. That the wildlife be preserved and encouraged and no intrusion be placed on the ecosystem existant there. That education in art and sustainable reforestation be instituted and encouraged to inspire the visitors to the gardens, and that the gardens be exemplified as the Garden city's jewel.
