Thank you to all Germantown parents who signed our petition to express our strong preference for later Germantown municipal school start times. Now, the board has approved us emailing our Germantown Aldermen to advocate they allocate the necessary funds to enable our schools to start later. Below are the Germantown aldermen names and emails. Please do not be shy, and do not hesitate to have your voices heard. I personally was very inspired to hear many of your eloquent comments at school board meetings. Another change the school board is considering includes making Dogwood elementary school start earlier, which I did not hear any parent advocate for. If we do not express ourselves, our elected representatives will not know our wishes. Please speak up and let our aldermen know your opinions about school start times.
