When I say the conditions of the GDOC Tier Program are in most cases inhumane, I mean it. Here is a portion of a letter from an inmate at Smith State. It's so sad that no media coverage addresses any of the conditions that these human beings are being forced to live in, but when Mike Vick was said to be involved in dog fighting I couldn't find a station that wasn't talking about it!
