Hello all 320,088 of you amazing people!!! Today, something awesome has happened. Tesco has announced that it will DROP the cost of their period products (inc. tampons, sanitary pads and panty liners) by 5% to cover the cost of tampon tax. Period! They’re with us in continuing the protest until the sexist tax is finally axed in 2018. The retailer hopes their new period-taboo-smashing scheme will make period products “more affordable for customers”, helping to tackle period poverty in the UK, too. BOOM!
