Dear supporters.
Simon Wright, the bully Developer who gained control of Riverside by deception, has now been exposed by the collapse of the Hayle Harbour development. His debts of £130 million (plus) has resulted in many local people losing money.
Whilst I fought to save Riverside, Simon Wright failed to prove he had good title - securing the land when he was guarantor on his wife's £6.2 million loan and he was serving out his personal bankruptcy. A 'normal' lender would never have allowed that to happen.
I am now hoping many of you will write to Moorfields the administrators, to put pressure on them to return Riverside to me. I am aware there are many contractors and small businesses who will have suffered huge financial loss in the wake of this man's greed, but I am hoping the administrators can redress the injustice I have faced, by simply handing back my chalet, whilst offering me a new lease which was deemed transferable in court.
Riverside was John's cherished home for 70 years and he hoped I would protect it.
I and my family, have suffered huge emotional and financial strain fighting in court. Had the timing be different, a year later... I would still be living in Riverside.
If only Simon Wright's downfall had come sooner :(
I would really appreciate it if you could send messages of support to the administrators, Arron Kendall : akendall@moorfieldscr.com
