Thank you so much for your continuing support to save Riverside.
As you know, I had my Court Hearing last Wednesday. I am happy to announce an Adjournment was issued with no costs incurred as yet.
 
The Judge said there were too many factors to consider and a 90 minute Hearing would be arranged, to look in to, what is a very complicated case.
 
Luckily, I was able to get Legal Advice from Citizens Advice, the evening before, and who were at the Court that morning. They had spotted something invaluable in the enormous bundle of papers, something I had missed and had not been made aware of by either solicitors.
 
Every day here is a blessing and I am preparing for the next stage in what is looking like a lengthy battle. I have a barrister that has offered to help me, but this may be the time to set up a Go Fund Me Page. I will keep you posted.
